Can I Pause My Account?

We understand hiring activity can fluctuate throughout the year, and you may need to slow things down for a while. Here’s how plan flexibility works at Talent Llama, depending on your billing type.

Month-to-Month Plans

You can pause your account, though technically it's an account cancellation. When you cancel, your data (including Campaigns, applicant records, and reports) remains securely stored in case you return later (either for as long as your contract terms state, or until such a time you request it to be deleted) When you reactivate your account, everything will still be there if that's what you request.

How to Cancel (Month-to-Month only):

  1. Click your Profile button (three dots in the bottom-left corner).
  2. Select Billing.
  3. Click Change Subscription.
  4. Choose Cancel Subscription.

Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, billing stops automatically.

Yearly Contracts

If you’re on a fixed-term contract (12, 24, or 36 months), your plan cannot be paused or canceled before the contract period ends. These plans are designed for teams hiring consistently throughout the year and come with multi-year discounts.

If you’re facing a change in hiring volume or a temporary freeze, contact your Customer Success Manager. They can explore potential options, such as reviewing upcoming renewal terms. However, flexibility within an active contract cannot be guaranteed.

Data Retention and Re-activation

For all plans, your historical data remains safely stored on our servers even after cancellation. When you’re ready to resume, you can reactivate your account by reaching out to us (support@talentllama.com), where your previous Campaigns, applicants, and analytics will still be available.

Summary:

  • Month-to-Month: Can cancel anytime; data saved for future use.
  • Yearly: Cannot pause or cancel mid-contract; contact CSM for review.
  • Data: Always retained securely and restored upon reactivation.
