Multiple Language Support

If you're hiring global talent look no further. Talent Llama supports multiple languages, allowing you to deliver interviews in the candidate’s preferred language automatically. Once you’ve enabled your desired languages, the platform detects the language of the candidate’s resume and launches the interview in that language, making the process fast, fair, and localized!


Step 1: Enable Languages at the Account Level

  1. Click the three dots in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, then select Admin.
  2. In the Supported Languages section, check the boxes for every language you’d like your account to support.This ensures your entire workspace recognizes and allows interviews in those languages.

Step 2: Enable Languages at the Campaign Level

  1. Navigate to the Campaign you want to launch then click Interview.
  2. Under Supported Languages, make sure the same languages are selected.

Note: Both the Admin and campaign-level settings must include the language before you can run an interview in it.


Step 3: Launch the Campaign

When you launch a candidate into a Campaign, whether through your ATS, CSV Upload, or Manually, Talent Llama will automatically detect the language of their resume and match it to the appropriate interview language!

Note: If the resume is in English, the interview defaults to English. If it’s in Spanish (or any other supported language), the interview will default to that language.


Your candidates will still have the option to manually select another language when opening the interview, giving them full control when needed!
