At Talent Llama, permissions are designed to give every team member the right level of control. Whether you’re reviewing candidates or managing company-wide settings, each role is built for clarity and security - whilst keeping things simple.

Reviewers focus solely on candidate evaluation. They can view interview scorecards, submit feedback, and move applicants through disposition stages like hired or rejected. Their access is intentionally limited, they can’t create or edit interview campaigns, adjust company settings, or manage integrations. The goal is to let them assess talent without worrying about platform configuration or setup.
Managers operate one level up, handling the day-to-day hiring process. They can create and manage interview campaigns, oversee applicant stages, review and submit evaluations, and disposition candidates. However, they don’t have access to billing, company settings, or integrations. Their role centers on running the hiring process efficiently while maintaining data integrity and structure within the system.
Admins hold complete control over the Talent Llama platform. They manage user permissions, configure integrations like ATS or Slack, adjust company settings, and oversee billing and subscriptions. Admins also have full visibility and editing rights across all campaigns, applicants, and evaluations. They’re responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly, from technical connections to overall system governance.
Put simply, Reviewers evaluate, Managers operate, and Admins oversee. This structure ensures clarity and accountability across every level, giving each team member just the right amount of control to keep hiring fast, fair, and frictionless.
